This is a self-defense class for Women 16+. We teach you how to be self-aware and to protect yourself. The fee for this class is $40 (that will be donated to House of Ruth) and a matched donation will be sent to the House of Ruth to support Christmas plans at this shelter for survivors of domestic abuse. If you wish to make an additional donation to House of Ruth you can find a donation option in the retail store.
